Retail Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within the district
• Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans
• Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers
• Develop and manage budgets for each location
• Analyze financial reports to increase profitability and reduce costs
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints
• Collaborate on district business plans and strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role
• Experience in retail or automotive industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to travel within the district (approximately 70% of the time)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
