About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and identify online and in-store products that require testing
- Procure and transport products to satisfy testing requests
- Establish professional relationships with retail store associates
- Analyze testing history and apply relevant in-store testing rules for various product categories
- Work closely with In-Store Auditors to ensure sample requests are accurate and complete
- Assist with receiving area tasks, including counting in merchandise and grouping items
- Support client pulling activities, such as benchmark shopping trips and sample handling
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least one year of related experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to move and transport products weighing up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or relevant professional experience
- Previous merchandising experience or familiarity with retail product mixes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Retail Link
