Retail Private Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Represent UBS in branch locations, acting as a warm and welcoming host for all clients.
• Advise clients on pension planning and investment topics to meet their financial goals.
• Promote and drive the adoption of digital banking solutions, including E-Banking, Mobile Banking, and TWINT.
• Continuously develop professional expertise in retail banking and financial advisory services.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the banking industry with ideally some education or experience in the financial sector.
• Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for meeting new people daily.
• Proficiency in digital banking tools and the ability to guide clients through digital transitions.
• Strong teamwork skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Additional language skills are a significant advantage.
