Retail Private Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Represent UBS in the branch by welcoming clients and acting as a host.
• Advise clients on pension and investment topics.
• Promote and assist clients with digital banking solutions, including E-Banking, Mobile Banking, and TWINT.
• Continuously develop professional expertise in financial advisory.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the banking industry.
• Ideally, formal education and/or professional experience in the financial sector.
• High level of customer service orientation and enjoyment in meeting new people.
• Proficiency in digital banking tools and a passion for digital transformation.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
