Retail Private Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Represent UBS in the branch by providing a warm and professional welcome to all clients.
• Advise clients on pension planning and investment topics to meet their financial needs.
• Promote and educate clients on digital banking solutions, including E-Banking, Mobile Banking, and TWINT.
• Continuously develop professional expertise in retail banking and financial advisory.
• Work collaboratively within the team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the banking industry and the financial sector.
• Previous training or professional experience within the financial services industry.
• High level of customer service orientation and a passion for client interaction.
• Proficiency in digital banking tools and the ability to guide others through digital processes.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional language skills beyond German and English.
