Retail Planning & Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end retail performance view by providing insights on sales, margin, conversion, productivity, and stock efficiency
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly trading insights for Retail Leadership to highlight risks and opportunities
• Partner with the VP Retail and EMEA trading teams to influence promotional plans and seasonal assortment strategies
• Provide analytical support to prioritize store portfolio investment decisions and identify performance drivers through space, range, or inventory changes
• Translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Bridge the gap between central planning strategy and store-level execution
• Manage excess stock in local distribution centers and propose profitable store-to-store transfers
• Own and evolve core Retail performance dashboards and standardize reporting processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail analytics, branch planning, merchandising analysis, or commercial finance
• Strong analytical capability with experience working with complex data sets
• Exceptional data storytelling skills with the ability to adapt insights for senior audiences
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the levers that drive store performance
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends independently
• Confidence to operate closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and balance granular detail with strategic perspective
