About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the allocation and replenishment function to ensure product availability and optimize stock productivity
- Drive the development and implementation of next-generation AI-powered allocation solutions
- Develop and inspire the allocation team by strengthening technical expertise and leading through change
- Own seasonal allocation, replenishment strategies, and in-season forecasting aligned with sales targets
- Partner with Merchandising to provide stock optimization guidance and support commercial decision-making
- Build partnerships across Retail Ops, Demand Planning, VM, and Store teams
- Monitor and analyze sales, stock, and KPI performance at SKU and category levels to identify risks and imbalances
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Allocation or Retail Planning
- Experience in large-scale, lifestyle, or premium retail environments
- Strong analytical mindset with understanding of retail KPIs like sell-through and stock cover
- Experience driving allocation system development and AI-powered solutions
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across functions
- Resilient communicator capable of thriving in fast-paced environments
