Retail Part Time Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the smooth operation of the store
• Guide team members to follow operational and safety processes
• Act as a point of contact for the team when management is not present
• Assist customers and deliver friendly, helpful service
• Operate registers and handle transactions
• Maintain store presentation and stock shelves

Requirements

• Previous retail experience and exposure to team leadership
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
