Retail Part Time Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support smooth store operations
• Guide team members in following operational and safety processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for the team when management is not present
• Assist customers and deliver friendly, helpful service
• Operate registers and handle financial transactions
• Maintain store presentation and assist with stocking shelves
• Support day-to-day store priorities across multiple locations in the Albury/Wodonga area

Requirements

• Previous retail experience and exposure to team leadership
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to support, guide, and influence team members
• Physical ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
• Ability to travel between neighbouring store locations as required
