Retail Paid Search Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize paid search campaigns, managing budgeting and phasing to achieve KPIs and maximize efficiency
• Partner with Retail Marketing and Sales teams to shape campaign strategies and ensure flawless execution
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvements
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future strategies
• Monitor retail keyword analysis and market trends to find efficiency pockets
• Support Retail Programmatic teams in achieving business goals

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in retail search engine marketing (SEM)
• Expertise in Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect
• Proficiency with Skai and Power BI (PBI) for reporting and analysis
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities within a global environment
