Retail Outlet Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to customers to ensure optimal service
• Manage shipments through the Fastship system for a smooth customer experience
• Learn and understand international logistics services to offer appropriate solutions
• Resolve problems and handle customer complaints professionally
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities
• Support sales growth through customer contact and promotion presentation
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient operations
• Manage parcel handling including packing, weighing, and price calculation accurately and quickly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (new graduates are welcome)
• Passion for service and working with people
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with a positive mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Ability to work 6 days per week
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to commute to Central Westville and travel between branches in Bangkok
