Retail Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement global operational standards and SOPs across the North American retail network
• Analyze retail reporting, including daily sales, KPIs, and traffic, to provide actionable localized insights
• Support new store openings by ensuring operational readiness, including tools, supplies, and process setup
• Manage local vendor relationships and centralize purchasing and payment processes
• Facilitate communication between HQ and local boutique teams to ensure brand consistency
• Lead operational training and conduct audits related to stock, staff administration, and store documentation
• Drive operational excellence by refining processes based on field feedback and business needs

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical, store-ready plans
• Pragmatic and hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively across HQ and retail teams
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with SAP
• Experience working within scaling luxury retail environments
