Retail Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Retail network and omnichannel flows
• Respond to stock availability requests from Sales Ambassadors
• Manage a portfolio of orders by providing lead times, tracking payments, and releasing or canceling orders
• Execute necessary stock transfers
• Participate in weekly Richemont operations meetings to ensure collaboration with Warehouse, Transport, and Business Development teams
• Report digital dysfunctions and bugs to IT teams
• Broadcast commercial and marketing guidelines to ensure Maison standards
• Monitor compliance across various processes and contribute to retail simplification and continuous improvement
• Maintain and update the Guidelines database

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field
• Fluent in both French and English with excellent writing skills in both languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in the luxury watchmaking industry
• Previous international exposure
• Prior experience in a sales environment
