About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stock inventory and coordinate inbound/outbound movements, including deliveries, transfers, and special orders
- Participate in daily, monthly, and annual product inventories and cycle counts
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing repairs, acting as the main point of contact for aftersales enquiries and repair cost estimates
- Master the SAP repair process and monitor weekly repair checks and client collection follow-ups
- Maintain organized storage for watches, warranty cards, and accessories
- Assist with visual merchandising, display maintenance, and boutique supply ordering
- Support the sales floor by assisting with hospitality during client presentations and boutique events
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or letter to ensure smooth communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work retail hours, including Saturdays if required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to SAP
