About the role
Responsibilities
- Own retail partnership growth targets, including in-store conversion volume, cost per acquisition, and channel revenue
- Manage in-store sales vendor relationships, including performance standards, training, and reporting
- Build and iterate on marketing collateral and local campaigns to drive awareness and conversion
- Own performance analytics for the retail channel, tracking vendor output and funnel metrics
- Develop repeatable playbooks and processes for launching new retail partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and member experience teams
Requirements
- 3–10+ years of experience in growth, channel marketing, retail marketing, or partnership management
- Experience managing vendor or field sales teams
- Proven ability to build processes, collateral, and reporting from scratch
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate performance data into actionable decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Data fluency with SQL or CRM reporting
- Experience working in early-stage or unstructured startup environments
