About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process administrative and merchandise paperwork
  • Manage merchandise check-in, processing, and store-to-store transfers
  • Handle markdowns and RTVs
  • Execute visual merchandising, floor sets, and replenishment maintenance
  • Support asset protection and shortage strategies
  • Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventory execution
  • Organize stockroom
  • Provide sales floor support including POS and customer greeting

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior sales support experience
  • Experience with POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Brand appropriate personal presentation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility with business scheduling needs
