About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise
- Coordinate store-to-store transfers
- Oversee markdown management and pricing updates
- Process Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments
- Assist with floor sets, moves, and merchandise replenishment
- Maintain visual standards and brand aesthetic
- Support inventory control, cycle counts, and shortage prevention
- Organize and optimize stockroom efficiency
- Assist with POS operations and customer service on the sales floor
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior sales support experience
- Experience with POS, merchandising paperwork, and inventory management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Brand-appropriate personal presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
