Retail Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers
• Oversee markdown management and pricing updates
• Process Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments
• Assist with floor sets, moves, and merchandise replenishment
• Maintain visual standards and brand aesthetic
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, and shortage prevention
• Organize and optimize stockroom efficiency
• Assist with POS operations and customer service on the sales floor

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior sales support experience
• Experience with POS, merchandising paperwork, and inventory management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
