Retail Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers
• Oversee markdown management and pricing updates
• Process Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments
• Assist with floor sets, merchandise moves, and replenishment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and signage
• Support shortage prevention and inventory control (cycle counts)
• Organize and optimize stockroom efficiency
• Assist with POS operations and customer service on the sales floor

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior sales support experience
• Experience with POS, merchandising paperwork, and inventory management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
