Retail Operations Associate I

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are received, processed, and organized efficiently and correctly
• Manage product intake through drop-off locations and stock merchandise from the floor
• Move merchandise using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom
• Pick and pack orders following strict process and quality standards
• Load and unload trucks for transfers or shipments
• Conduct warehouse-style scans and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with various other inventory and operational functions as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a stock or shipping role is preferred
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments
• Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes and maneuver inventory without assistance
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods
• Availability to work a schedule of Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with weekend availability required
