Retail Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance reporting frameworks to ensure adherence to internal policies and brand standards
• Design and manage reporting tools and dashboards for store teams and retail leadership
• Analyze transactional and client-level data to identify reseller activity or high-risk behaviors
• Manage and optimize client reporting platforms to support clienteling and retention strategies
• Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy regulations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, business analysis, or data analytics
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and lookups
• Experience creating reporting frameworks and dashboards for non-technical audiences
• Strong investigative mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience
• Proficiency with Power Query or similar data tools
