About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processing of Purchase Orders (PO), vendor creation, and invoice/payment tracking
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to follow up on PO and payment status
- Coordinate and monitor store-related payments, including utilities, ensuring timely submission and documentation
- Support office-to-store dispatch processes by working with stores, vendors, and logistics partners
- Maintain and update the Retail Operations monthly calendar to ensure visibility of key activities
- Provide general administrative support to the Retail Operations team across Singapore and Malaysia
Requirements
- 1–3 years of administrative or retail operations support experience
- Experience in PO processing, invoicing, or vendor coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
- Excellent coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
