Retail Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your assigned territory
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products such as TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, and phones
• Partner with team members to complete 2–3-person projects such as appliance or TV installs
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships
• Complete assignments and reporting on time using a personal mobile device
• Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred
• Proficiency using an Android or Apple smartphone/tablet with GPS functionality
• Ownership of a basic toolkit (reimbursement provided after probationary period)
• Ability to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 60-mile radius
• Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds and climb ladders over 10 feet
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
