Retail & Merchandising Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with retail merchandise to ensure store layouts and product offerings remain relevant and enticing
• Maintain an active presence on major social media platforms to engage customers and enhance brand visibility
• Develop and execute detailed merchandising plans to support company objectives and market demands
• Optimize inventory management while maintaining high profitability
• Implement tactics to boost sales performance using data-driven insights and marketing campaigns
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cultivate a collaborative, high-performance work environment

Requirements

• Indonesian citizenship required
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury retail or hospitality
• Experience designing engaging retail displays to enhance customer shopping experiences
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes
• Proficiency in Retail Management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to changing retail trends and market conditions
• Eloquent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a relevant field
