Retail Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including product rotation, date code checks, restocks, and reorders according to planogram standards
• Sell-in and build brand displays per off-premise standards
• Execute point of sale (POS) programs to standard
• Ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
• Utilize online databases and systems to track territory and account progress
• Maintain open communication with field and HQ
• Manage budget and maintain records for monthly reconciliation

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel throughout
• Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and clean driving record/background check
• Able to frequently lift and move cases of product up to 50 lbs
• Able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale materials
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to manage administrative tasks meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards
