Retail Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Execute retail merchandising tasks including reading plano-grams and schematic layouts
• Implement department or cosmetic/brand resets in grocery and retail settings
• Accurately report completed retail tasks via designated systems on the day of work
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and client associates
• Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment
• Follow company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior retail reset or merchandising experience (cosmetics preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations (25-40 miles)
• Valid state-issued driver's license and minimum auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Internet) and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb as required by physical resets
