Retail Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Influence local and regional sales and buying strategies at assigned client locations
• Develop and communicate category action plans for individual stores
• Execute retail activities to grow volume through incremental activities
• Identify execution issues at the store level and recommend solutions
• Partner with store management to ensure appropriate inventory levels
• Schedule and execute assignments to meet objectives
• Report completed assignments accurately via designated systems on the day of work
• Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding promotions and objectives
• Utilize communication tools for planning, reporting, and reviewing work

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office products
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to transport required materials
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, nights, or holidays as required
