Retail Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with store owners and managers
• Execute store-level sales strategies to deliver tangible results
• Educate retailers using category insights and product knowledge
• Negotiate to achieve volume and distribution targets within budget
• Interpret and apply data to influence in-store decisions
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of MSO plans
• Plan and manage territory effectively to maximise efficiency

Requirements

• Previous retail or FMCG sales experience
• Ability to build trust-based commercial relationships
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Confidence in financial discussions and ROI-based selling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• Ability to work independently and on the move
• Experience using data and insights to inform sales strategy
• Knowledge of category-based and shopper-led selling principles
