Retail Media Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage both on-site and off-site retail media campaigns in collaboration with market partnership and account managers.
• Optimize campaign performance using data insights to refine strategies, adjust audience segments, and achieve key KPIs.
• Create and monitor detailed performance reports, including during-campaign and post-mortem analyses.
• Monitor asset inventory usage to maximize advertiser retention and identify new growth opportunities.
• Partner with local market teams to align campaign objectives and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Utilize internal AdTech tools and off-site platforms such as The Trade Desk, Meta, and DV360 for tracking and optimization.
• Identify UI/UX opportunities to improve process efficiency and product enhancement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in advertising agencies, AdTech, digital marketing, or retail, specifically in eCommerce or PPC roles.
• Familiarity with Retail Media Networks and Demand Side Platforms (DSP).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use dashboards and data to derive actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of paid advertising performance metrics and programmatic advertising.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to work across multiple timezones.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
