Retail Media Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail media strategy across accounts, aligning search and display tactics with business objectives
• Own large-scale campaign orchestration including SP, SB, SD, and display
• Guide and develop junior team members, overseeing campaign architectures and QA
• Lead strategic conversations and present performance insights to client stakeholders
• Partner with platform representatives to test new betas and translate wins into scalable playbooks
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to align inventory and pricing with paid media plans
• Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for deep analysis and incrementality studies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Retail Media
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience designing multi-channel retail media strategies (SP/SB/SD and Amazon DSP)
• Advanced fluency in targeting approaches and bid strategy
• Strong budget planning and allocation framework skills
• Hands-on experience using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for analysis
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations and Creative teams
