Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing and new customers in the Retail Media sector
• Advise customers on retail media solutions and implement marketing campaigns including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content
• Plan, coordinate, and manage campaigns in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Analyze and evaluate campaigns using relevant KPIs and derive optimization potential
• Manage internal controlling topics, such as creating and analyzing revenue reports and managing monthly billing
• Support the further development and automation of internal controlling processes

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communication, or a comparable qualification
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or (Commercial) Controlling, ideally in e-commerce
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
• Ability to prepare complex data clearly
• Customer-oriented demeanor and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills
