Responsibilities

• Support execution of retail marketing initiatives to drive sales conversion and brand awareness
• Liaise with local retail partner teams to ensure alignment on marketing calendars and promotional plans
• Serve as a trained robot operator for robotics demonstrations, product launches, and company tours
• Manage end-to-end demo execution including setup, real-time operation, and post-event reset
• Continuously improve demo flow, timing, and storytelling based on audience response
• Collaborate with communications, product marketing, sales, and creative teams
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and mall partners for campaign delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, event, or field marketing
• Experience in robotics, AI, or technology sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of dealer/franchisee environments
• Proven success in driving regional marketing strategies
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to dealer locations or regional markets as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech product demos or hardware showcase environments
• Exposure to startup, consumer electronics, or automotive industries
• Ability to present confidently in front of external audiences
• Strong interest in human–robot interaction or AI-driven experiences
• Experience supporting live events, exhibitions, or product launches
