Responsibilities
- Own the development, execution, and reporting of all retail marketing programs for key accounts like Sephora and Nordstrom
- Lead visual merchandising and secondary placement strategy across major retailers and indie accounts
- Oversee sampling and co-op initiatives across all regions
- Concept and brief asset deliverables and copy for new product launches on retailer dotcom platforms
- Manage retail marketing budgets including estimates, POs, and monthly reconciliations
- Support market week preparation and execution by building materials and planning logistics
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners and internal cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, Marketing preferred
- 3-5+ years of professional experience
- Experience with Sephora is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
