Retail Market Director

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent revenue growth across 7 retail locations by aligning performance to KPIs and sales plans
• Build and develop high-performing teams and leadership at the store level
• Elevate customer experience to increase loyalty, retention, and brand reputation
• Improve profitability through assortment, pricing, and inventory planning optimization
• Ensure operational excellence, merchandising, and compliance across all locations
• Use data and market insights to guide decisions and optimize performance
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships across retail, wholesale, cultivation, and vendor teams
• Hold teams accountable to company policies, standards, and performance expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multi-unit retail teams
• Experience driving sales performance and managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L
• Experience with inventory planning and merchandising
• Working knowledge of compliance in regulated industries
• Strong communication and influencing skills
