Retail Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achievement of annual, quarterly, and monthly targets across multiple locations.
• Monitor key performance indicators including sales, productivity, conversion rates, and client retention.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and excellence in visual merchandising.
• Champion an exceptional luxury client experience through consistent application of CRM and clienteling strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop boutique managers and retail teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage dealer and partner relationships to ensure brand standard compliance and operational excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and product allocation in collaboration with supply chain teams.
• Prepare detailed retail performance reports and present business recommendations to Regional Management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales performance management within the luxury sector.
• Strong background in boutique operations oversight and retail excellence.
• Expertise in CRM and clienteling strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team coaching and development.
• Proficiency in business analysis, reporting, and monitoring KPIs.
• Experience in inventory and product management.
• Ability to manage dealer and partner relationships effectively.
