Retail Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Convert leads from inbound phone calls, internet leads and emails
• Build and maintain long-term relationships and referral partners in all 50 states
• Guide clients through the loan process and gain referrals
• Serve as the liaison between the operations team, clients, and realtors
• Manage pipeline to ensure on-time closings
• Maintain monthly quotas
• Stay accountable to the team and supervisor

Requirements

• Prior experience in mortgage sales or processing
• Well-developed understanding of the mortgage process
• Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others
