Retail Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end launch of WHOOP Qatar, overseeing store buildout, merchandising, systems, and staffing.
• Manage daily retail operations for a 12-hour/day, 7-day/week schedule, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule Research Associates to support retail and experiential functions.
• Drive revenue growth through the sale of WHOOP memberships, accessories, and apparel to meet sales targets.
• Uphold premium brand standards across visual merchandising, store presentation, and inventory management.
• Partner cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to align with brand and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of retail management experience, including launching high-end retail or experiential environments.
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands with a focus on elevated service standards.
• Proven success in recruiting, developing, and leading teams in high-traffic retail settings.
• Strong operational acumen, including inventory management, scheduling, and KPI accountability.
• Must currently reside in Doha, Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience managing complex retail activations or major store launches.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
