Retail Lead

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide personalized product recommendations to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain high standards for sales floor and stockroom organization and detail
• Execute brand connections by providing top-notch customer service and professionalism
• Support home game operations, including pre-game, in-game, and post-game shifts
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, or the overall fan experience
• Collaborate with the management team and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and home games
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
