Retail Lead Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide personalized product recommendations to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain high standards for the sales floor and stockroom to ensure brand excellence
• Execute operational support during home game shifts, including pre-game, in-game, and post-game periods
• Identify opportunities to improve store processes and enhance the fan experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared business goals and outcomes
• Utilize digital tools and technology to improve efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
