About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily retail operations
- Support back-of-house operations and maintain stockroom organization
- Manage retail systems including POS, inventory management, and credit card machines
- Coach and train Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience
- Perform "Manager on Duty" responsibilities as required
- Provide operational support during home game shifts, including pre-game and post-game
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and fan engagement
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and home games
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
