Retail Lead Associate

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behaviors for the team
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and serve as an escalation point for solving customer issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and operational best practices
• Identify and communicate barriers or trends affecting the customer and associate experience
• Maintain physical safety and quality standards at the site
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing, walking, and climbing stairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of leadership/floor leader experience
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday between 2:45pm and 9:15pm
