Responsibilities

• Support the Store Leadership Team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Build relationships with customers through styling and wardrobing
• Perform opening and closing functions including cash reconciliation
• Distribute daily sales goals and provide KPI reminders
• Manage store safety and customer issue resolution
• Support new hires and perform operational tasks in the absence of management

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior service experience
• Prior retail supervisory experience
• Passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Fashion savvy
• Flexibility regarding scheduling
