Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor, setting expectations and motivating the team
• Act as the leader on duty during SM/ASM absence to ensure positive customer and employee experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Serve as a subject matter expert on POP MART characters, products, and company history
• Support marketing events, pop-ups, conventions, and new store openings
• Drive sales performance and meet KPIs such as conversion and units per transaction
• Execute visual merchandising directives, including planograms and marketing fixture setup
• Manage back of house organization, inventory receiving, and auditing

Requirements

• More than 1 year of retail experience; supervisor or leadership experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to implement solutions
• Comfortable engaging customers in a fast-paced environment
