About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences
- Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling and customer outreach
- Support sales goals and key performance metrics
- Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
- Support merchandising, inventory management, and shipment processing
- Assist with cash handling, banking procedures, and operational processes
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Requirements
- Previous retail experience as a Sales Associate, Key Holder, or Supervisor preferred
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate others
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
