Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and customer service experiences to build trust and loyalty
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers through active clienteling
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, providing leadership and operational support
• Assist with coaching, motivating, and supporting fellow team members
• Support merchandising, visual presentation, and inventory management
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
• Support cash handling, banking procedures, and asset protection practices

Requirements

• Previous retail experience as a Sales Associate, Key Holder, or Supervisor
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead with confidence and support team success
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle cash and store assets with integrity
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
