Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and providing product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receiving shipments
• Set daily direction and goals for associates upon arrival
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to all safety standards
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to store managers

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and retail operations
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to foster a selling culture
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform constant physical activity (standing, walking, reaching, bending)
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
