Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-first retail environment
• Demonstrated sales and operational results in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations
• Availability to work peak days including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
