Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt
• Set daily goals and direction for associates upon arrival
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout
• Provide performance feedback and in-the-moment coaching to associates
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution and window changes

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and operational results in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to foster a selling culture
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to feedback
• Ability to de-escalate customer or store situations effectively
• Flexible availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
