Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receiving shipments
• Set daily direction and goals for associates upon arrival
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and coaching to associates
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution and window changes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in sales and delivering operational results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching
• Ability to de-escalate customer or store situations effectively
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on building genuine connections
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
