Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and demonstrating product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receiving shipments
• Set daily direction and goals for associates at the start of shifts
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to store managers
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to all company safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in sales and delivering operational results in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates
• Ability to effectively de-escalate store and customer situations
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
