Retail Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and demonstrating product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receiving shipments
• Set daily direction and goals for associates at the start of shifts
• Create genuine customer connections through personalized product recommendations and demonstrations
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to all safety standards
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to store managers

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and retail operations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide real-time coaching to associates
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
